Dual volte issue on Galaxy S10

I recently updated my Samsung Galaxy s10 on October 4th (Indian variant) and ever since then one of my two Jio sim isn't showing volte, not getting messages and phone calls (It's not a Jio issue as that same sim works in another phone perfectly fine).

Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a way to fix it? I've tried resetting the network settings and I tried factory resetting my phone but none of them helped.

Reset network settings, and both sims put in LTE/....Auto mode

go to settings-connection-mobile network-select LTE only for both sims and enable volte calls
