Dual sim preference menu missing S23 plus

Samsung team,

I have updated my Samsung s23 plus to android 14 recently but there's a missing menu of sim preference where we can choose sim1 or sim2 (esim) in sim card manager when it'll fix or wait for the next update.

No one from samsung is available here officially. We have experts and moderators based on their expertise and accepted solutions.

Some S 23 line-up phones are facing this issue.
It will be resolved in the upcoming update.

Yes, I got the update when I opened the box on the 2nd of December.

Ok then, as a last option (until the update), download Google phone. It has an option for managing the Sims.
