Dual messenger is not working

Using whatsapp in dual messenger.. application it doesn't show any data such as download videos..and images even its folder is missing.. from the devices but still i am able to chat.. any solution..??

Whatsapp changed it's data folder location so it's upto samsung to give a fix in dual messenger in upcoming updates.
