Dual app WhatsApp files can't see in gallery

After some updates or I don't know.suddenly I noticed I can't able to see or share dualapp files

It's been almost a week now. 

The same issue in my s20+,  I noticed I can't able to see or share dual WhatsApp files its shows (the file format is not supported) while sending audio messages and using the camera.

I remember I not gave permissions like log ,SMS other permission all I given to dual messenger WhatsApp is it an issue?

Now I'm going with parallel space once anybody give solution then I go back to dualapp

Hi,

The issue caused in Dual WhatsApp as recently WhatsApp upgraded its version and it changed the file path where all media files are to be saved.

Due to this change, Dual Messenger didn't sync media saved at new path and so this is causing problem.

Samsung is trying to solve the problem quickly by contacting WhatsApp team.

Please understand this problem is causing major inconvenience in my work (and probably a lot of other people's work as well) since the dual messenger function is primarily used as for work communication. A prompt solution would be greatly appreciated.
