Dual app WhatsApp files can't see in gallery

After some updates or I don't know.suddenly I noticed I can't able to see or share dualapp files

Yes. It happened with me today on S21 Ultra. I raised issue with Samsung support team through live chat. They told me to uninstall and reinstall the dual whatsapp by taking proper back up, etc. This had solved the issue for few minutes only. Later again, folders related to dual whatsapp were not showing in gallery.

There seems to be a problem with the Dual App WhatsApp one of them is fine the others ones not downloading the pics etc
Is there a way out

Not yet. I had reported this issue to samsung with screenshots and error data. Let's see.

This seems to be an issue with the Whats App update.

My WhatsApp had been updated recently but issue of dual whatsapp didn't get solve. And this seems to be an issue with Samsung devices only. Because other brand's phone are not facing the same.

Sorry actual WhatsApp no issue at all I can see my files and pics and even I can see seperate folder called "WhatsApp" inside gallery where I can see all of my original WhatsApp files 

But problem is I can't see my dual app WhatsApp files in gallery or I can't see that dedicated folder called "Dual app--->WhatsApp" 

I don't think it's WhatsApp issue

This seems to be an issue with the latest update from Whats App.

In the meantime, try restarting the device.

I tried restarting it. Are you sure its because of whatsapp update? or with samsung update. kindly clarify.

Also kindly note it happens only in Samsung phones. None of the other brand faced it. Kindly resolve at the earliest. Your immediate actions are highly appreciated.
