Dual WhatsApp not working S21 Ultra

My dual WhatsApp not working on my new S21 Ultra (regret paying so much) while my previous older phone Samsung phone works. Having DualApp on my older phone was convenient as I don't have to carry another phone with. I've submitted multiple logs and reports on Samsung Members app without any responses, and took my phone to Samsung center locally but doesn't seem to be any resolution for this even there. 

Samsung: Blaming WhatsApp for this.

WhatsApp: don't provide support for dual WhatsApp and should reach to Samsung.

Consumer: Screwed in between.

This is so frustrating and considering to change to different phone maker. Samsung is too big to answer and resolve this issue.

Hi,

Please note that the issue caused in Dual Whats App as recently Whats App upgraded its version and it changed the file path where all media files are to be saved.

Due to this change, Dual Messenger did not sync media saved at new path and so this is causing problem. Dual IM media sync logic is modified as per the new file path used by Whats App.

Please backup your files before device MR update (Whats App`backup : Whats App settings -> chats -> chat backup -> Google drive).

Can't backup from google drive and freezes at "preparing to restore messages..." Initial screen without any progress.

I can now confirm the dual WhatsApp works flawless after the One UI 4.0 android 12 update.

I have UI 4.0 and I cannot backup the files and also nothing anyone sends me on the duel Whatsapp can be seen or downloaded
