Dual Sim - Data during calls

Hi all

Is it possible to use data from sim 1 while making a call using sim 2?

The data switches off while on a call and sometimes it is quite inconvenient.

I feel the same way. My data doesn't work while I am on a call. Wasn't like that with my Huawei p30 pro.

I also just posted about this. Apparently it has something to do with Volte but I cannot find this setting.

Hi Milan188, Thank you for reaching out to us.

On you phone go to Settings> Connections > Mobile Network . you should be able to see the option to activate Volte.

However should the option not appear you need to contact your network provider for further assistance.

I've tried various settings for volte but as soon as I press the call button (using sim1 for the call) sim2 (which has the data) switches off.

I also noticed that 4g is not listed, just 2g, 3g and LTE.

Can the S10e handle 4g,

and can it handle both sims at the same time?
