Dual Messenger on Galaxy S8

Is there any way to get the dual messenger feature from Note 8 on to the Galaxy S8?

MIUI is the best... all phones in Mi provide dual app facility... I don't know why Samsung faces challenge in providing basic feature like dual messenger and call recorder
