Downgrade from One UI8

I am currently using a Samsung S25 device, which was enrolled 2days back for a UI8 beta. However, after update to the operating system, I am encountering the following issues:
1. The front camera's clarity has decreased.
2. The animation is not functioning smoothly, particularly when switching applications, it appears to be lagging.
3. Some applications are not compatible with this OS, and the app taskbar has been hidden by the phone navigation keys.

I would like to revert to my previous version. How can I do this?

To leave the Samsung S25 (One UI 😎 beta program, follow these steps:

Open the Samsung Members app on your S25 device.

Look for the "One UI 8 S25 Beta" banner.

Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) at the top right.

Choose "Leave One UI 8 Beta" or, if not visible, go to Settings > Beta program settings > Withdraw from Beta Program.

Complete the short exit survey


After you leave, you will stop receiving beta updates and may need to roll back to the latest stable software version (One UI 7).

To roll back, use the Samsung Smart Switch app on your PC or Mac:

Connect your phone to your computer via USB.

Open Smart Switch. If you're on beta firmware, you should see a "Downgrade" button.

Click "Downgrade" and complete the process. This will factory reset your phone, erasing all data—so back up anything important

To attach the log file: Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report.

Another point, it appears that the speed of face detection has also decreased.
