other companies are giving this features but Samsung is not giving double tap to wake up screen and sleep.
Plz update in all Samsung phone and A8 Plus phone also

This feature isn't available inbuilt but you can download the double tap to screen on off app from play store.

coz I install Greenfy, and it was seeking permission to update root..
So I just uninstalled to avoid any malfunction of phone...

No, Root access isn't required for run this feature. You can install this app as shown on Screenshot. But it drains battery faster.
