They are deleting my post. But I'ma keep saying it. "It's surprising that the Samsung support team isn't addressing our reports. It's the customers who are left to help each other. This needs improvement. You should listen to your customers because they are the ones who truly matter."

The truth is that this is a community forum and yes the moderators should be answering questions here but they aren't so we just have to help ourselves

I understand this is a community forum, and it's great that we're helping each other out. However, I still believe the moderators have a responsibility to address our concerns. After all, they represent the company, and our reports should be taken seriously by those in charge

Maybe this is a subtle hint to never buy a Samsung product in the future? Why support the wrong team? 😕

- July 1st Update sent out to African region on July 22nd.
- August 1st Update still missing and it is 24th of August today.

If you have any real technical problem, post it here and let the community help. Whenever I have contacted Samsung Support directly, I received no good answers from their Africa support team. It is not worth it.

You're lucky to be getting delayed updates at all. There used to be long gaps between monthly updates

From reading other people's posts, here is what I think happened.

Africa region S24 Ultra received July 1st on July 22nd. From then on, they made this update available (and circle to search feature) to all other series, including A-series.

This is why you will see posts from A-series owners who are receiving July 1st Update currently (end of August).

This may mean that S24 Ultra (Africa region) will receive August 1st Update in mid-September.
