Hi, If you are purchasing any flagship phones from samsung, they will give you a support(Part manufacturing & service support) only limitted period(3 to 3.5 Years), after that either you need to upgrade or exchange the mobile thats the only option currently which am facing the issue(Could not able to get battery replacement support for S7 edge).
I would suggest to samsung, they need give a support atleast 5 years for flagship phone using customers, then only customers will be there in samsung, otherwise they will move it into another brand like me, why means we are investing of the product near by 1lakhs but not even getting upto the benchmark support its worst thing.
Please note we are looking for part manufacturing support alone for flagship phones thats also they are not providing to us.
Samsung giving excellent products but forgot to keep the customers long live.
Past 1 month followed by samsung head office executives ( email@example.com &firstname.lastname@example.org)and Samsung customer executives, finaly got this information only and 3 times escalated this issue to Samsung CEO help desk not even get a proper response or feedback taken by them from our end.
