I haven't. But I limited my settings to 4G and closed background app usages. Make sure to notice which app so draining your device.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

The Galaxy S23 series has an enhanced level of heat dissipation. This includes a wider vapor chamber than earlier models, so heat can be dissipated more efficiently.

Please note: Heat may be felt depending on the environment in which the device is used, this is normal and does not affect the life or performance of the device.

If you notice your device heats up utilise the Optimise now feature in Battery and device care. Also, add the Optimise now widget to your home screen for quick and easy access.

Step 1. Open the settings menu.

Step 2. Tap “Battery and device care”.

Step 3. Tap “Optimise now”.

Step 4. When this is complete tap “Done”.

Step 5. Tap More options icon.

Step 6. Tap “Add to Apps screen”.

Step 7. From the Apps screen, long press on “Device care”.

Step 8. Tap Widgets to open the widget display option.

Step 9. Tap the icon to add it to the home screen.

The device care widget will appear on your home screen.
