I got samsung s23 at April, after 2 months I updated my s23 few days later I got to see white patch on my display so I went to service centre they got my phone & asked to come back after few hours they had reinstalled software but it doesn't solve the issue. Then they asked whether your phone has any insurance I said no then they said it is due to moisture entering the display so we can't offer warranty for it. When I got a device spending 60k within 2 months I get patches in display how can I take it easily?

Service centres don't offer service under warranty then why does it works?

Does your phone dropped in water or wet in rain?? Coz moisture inside phone comes dy
due to above reason

No, even though it has water resistance I haven't dropped my phone in water or rain even the service centre manager checked it But he gave a new reason stating maybe it is due to sweat entered display while u speak calls. I said everyone is speaking calls does everyone gets this issue he can't answer. They have many reason to deny service which is under warranty. At that time my frame had white spots he said since it is aluminum frame paint will fade off from the frame it can't be avoided. What is point of spending 60k and having issues Within 2 months that to can't be resolved under warranty?

If it occurred inside display then it is Big Issue, please complaint regarding this to Head office customer care through call or registter complaint in NCH portal with Evidence. People r investing high money for using it 3-4 years. NOT for 1 year or less. Samsung Should give you free screen replacement. & regarding Aluminum fram issue that is common for any phone, paint can go off. just use Cover to avoid paint dullness

S bro I had this issue in June & ignored it But now everyone having this issue so it is must to make this issue big so no one get affected hereafter. I have now made a complaint through twitter let's see what response I am getting In.

I think it may looks like water drop or liquid interaction with display. So if true, it doesn't cover in warrenty

How do you say its due to liquid damage by just seeing an image. I went to service centre their staff said it might be due to sweat but it's something cheap reason to avoid service under warranty. If it was true he could have shown me proof for liquid damage but he just said orally.

I have seen many person who came in samsung care like this kind of issues in corner or near camera. Samsung replied that its a liquied demage no matter it is water drop or sweat. I just said what samsung replied

Ok coming to their point if at all its due to liquid then why do they promote it by saying water resistant?
