Green Line on my S20 Plus

I've been using my S20 plus for only 1 year 5 months and didn't even made a single sratch. A few days back when I woke up and took my phone i found a small white horizontal line in my screen & i was little bit confused of that line. Then i thought it may be any sort of bug so i off the screen for 1hr. After 1hr when i took my phone i was terribly shocked that white line turns to a thick green line. I looked up for solutions on Google and YouTube to see if I can rectify this issue first they told to reset the phone. But after resetting also that line was still there & the only solution was to contact service centre. Surprisingly there are other users experiencing the same issue since Galaxy S7 and most of them suggested to send in to Samsung for a repair. I called the Samsung service centre and explained the issues I'm facing. I understand that my warranty has ended and most phones have a warranty of up to 1 year. But it's unfair for those other Samsung users who took care of thier phone well and this happened. I checked with the service centre about the repair work and it would cost me 18-thousand rupees .I'm really disappointed in Samsung, I thought that the more latest or up to date phone would be better but this issue has been the same for years. If anyone knows to solve this issue in any other way. Please comment below.

I am using my s10 from 2 yrs till no such problem like yours on my display. How come yours suddenly?

It just came after the update ..
And last week i just updated ui4.0 & yesterday another line is also here...

But no use there telling it's not the software or display issue...
It's just came from physical damage..
I only use this phone in home..
If it was my offical phone maybe I'll agree with that service centre tolds...
But it's just like new to look..
Not even a single scratch.. that's how i kept this one

Yes it was with extended warranty so luckily escaped being charged
