Ridiculous policy of Samsung India where they will provide display replacement for #greenlineissue related to android software upgrade for out of warranty phones for all S21 models but not for all S22 models.I have a S22 Plus bought in 2022 and was offered no explanation by their service center or customer support on why S22+ is not covered in replacemet policy while all S21 models are covered. Only option left is to replace the display (technically buy a new phone). Other android providers like #OnePlus are offering free display replacement for this issue across all models. Have been a Samsung Customer atleast for last 10 years and their phones have been going from bad to worse (pathetic battery life, heating issues, display issues and now this). No wonder losing android market share in India to #xiaomi

PS: attached pic is their internal memo and policy is not published anywhere. So clearly they don't want customers to know about the policy for FOC replacement and its 30th Sept deadline.

This is very bad on Samsung's part as they are skipping Samsung S22 and S22 Plus but addressing the issue for Samsung S22 Ultra.
I too got Samsung S22 green and pink line issue and there is no support from Samsung
