Should I continue using my mobile cuz green lines appear on screen due to hardware damage by compression.

It's up to you, but get backup as soon as possible. My green line damaged the display, and you can't do anything after that.

Aik b line aa gyi hai to use karty jao lekin data ka backup le lena lazmi or phir aik dafa he display change karwaa lena.
