Display Line Issue- Samsung S21 FE

My Samsung S21 FE got a white/ green Line after a recent software update I done. The line appeared on 15 June 2024 while I was using the phone. The software update was done 5 or 6 days back. So I raised the complaint on 16 June 2024. Please find below photo saying that Samsung will give free battery, Display replacement for these cases. Guys make sure to get a repair estimate prior to Servicing as now Samsung is asking me to pay around 4300 rupees for this. I am trying to raise a complaint at Consumer Court regarding this. Whoever has encountered such a problem after Software update, Please help me gather some proofs that this issue is due to Software Update.

Anyone who faced similar issues/ done repair, Please reply on this thread as this will be helpful to many others.

Went to the samsung repair, and they rejected the phone telling me the phone has some dents and we could not proceed. - samsung s21 fe

Try contacting Samsung's HO team through mail or customer support. But make sure to get the discount and everything in mail before you get to the service centre. Otherwise after service they will ask you to pay big amount. This happened to me. Initially they agreed for payment of around 500rs and then finally they gave me a bill of 4300 rupees.

Contact customer support on Whatsapp and visit nearest service center after that.
