I feel whenever I use my s23 while charging it doesn't work so well. Feels like UI is lagging or something is wrong with the display. It can be referred to the ghost touch as well. Any idea, How can i fix this?

PS - Purchased this Device 1 Month ago and problem wasn't there but it appeared later on.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we want to inform you that Samsung devices may heat up while charging, especially if you use a fast charger or use the device while charging. Use the original charger that came with the device and avoid third-party chargers or cables. we recommend you to avoid the usage of the mobile phone while charging. However, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

● Remove the screen protectors and cover from the device once and check the issue after restarting the device.

● Check your charger: If your charger is damaged, it may not supply power to your device, which may cause the touch screen to malfunction. In this case, use a different, undamaged charger to prevent this issue. It’s also a good idea to avoid using the touchscreen when the device is charging.

● How to restart the device: Press & hold the power key> Restart> Tap again to Restart.
