Disappointment Regarding Missing Visual Voicemail Feature

Dear Team, 

I am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of a working visual voicemail feature on my Samsung flagship device. I have attached two images highlighting the issue for reference. Having spent ₹70,000 on this premium device, I expected better functionality and support. Despite your claims that setting it up would resolve the issue, I have tested this feature on 2-3 devices, and voicemail does not work on any of them. The current implementation only works through speed dial by pressing "1," which is far from the user-friendly visual voicemail experience offered by competitors like iPhone. I am genuinely dissatisfied with the service provided. As a flagship device owner, I believe Samsung should prioritize delivering a seamless and advanced user experience, including a functional visual voicemail feature.

I won't recommended Samsung if this issue doesn’t solved.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Yes there is no VISUAL VOICEMAIL in samsung (as available in ios 18)
