Whatever samsung achieved till S24 ultra in terms of software updates to the flagship devices has been ruined in the last few months bcoz of the delay in launching One UI 7 for the older flagship devices. It seems samsung has again deemed its loyal customers as not worthy enough to get timely updates of the new software. This is n extreme dissappointed and as loyal samsung user since the past 15 years, i have lost faith. Samsung as a company has really disappointed me.
