Disappointed with S23 Ultra

Bought a S23 ultra 2 years back pin pack. Been using it with original samsung charger since then. Suddenly 2-3 days back battery started draining faster than before. 1-2 hours on a full charge and then shutdown. Now only hardly 5 mins on full charge and battery became swollen and back came off due to it.
Such poor quality on a Flagship phone is disappointing. Even batteries on much cheaper phones can last more than 2 years. And it was non PTA so no mobile data to consume more battery.
Now gave it to service center for battery replacement.

I believe S24 series and S25 series are much improved.
S24 Ultra is the best seller of the world due to its high durability

Maybe. But still something like this shouldn't have happened on a Flagship phone with just 2 years of normal usage.

I gave my phone to samsung service center for battery replacement. Gonna cost me around 10k for this.
