I’m facing the green line issue on my Samsung S21 FE, which I bought outside India. I'm disappointed that I can't get a free replacement here, despite this being a common issue. Samsung should offer consistent support globally for such defects. This experience has been frustrating and has affected my trust in the brand. Please address this fairly for all customers.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I’ve contacted the Samsung India service center a couple of times, but everyone declined to help since my device was bought outside India. Could you suggest what I should do next?
