Galaxy SHey everyone,
I just wanted to share my thoughts about some of the posts I've seen here lately. I understand that people are frustrated about the One UI 7 update not being available on their devices yet, but the way some users are hurling insults at Samsung is really disappointing and frankly unacceptable.
This isn’t Apple, where every device gets the update at the same time. This is Samsung, and we all knew what we signed up for. Updates roll out gradually based on region and device, with the latest flagship models getting priority. This is a business decision that Samsung has always followed. Sure, we’d all love simultaneous updates across all devices, but that’s not how Samsung operates, and honestly, it has never been.
I get the frustration, but resorting to insults and negativity in this forum doesn’t help anyone. Let’s keep discussions constructive and respectful instead of just attacking the company. If you have concerns, voice them, but please do it with respect.
Hope everyone gets their updates soon!

Fans are upset, and it's important to acknowledge that. Samsung needs to be transparent and provide a clear schedule for updates. Delaying updates to promote new devices is not the right approach. People worldwide are voicing their frustrations, and you can easily find this on platforms like YouTube. If this continues, Samsung risks losing the loyalty of its fans.

I fully agree. I always felt update hype is too much.
Will new update is only thing people care about in their life?
With such massive update there are multiple things which can go wrong and with AI I think they need to also have support infra ready.
If Samsung releases update just to please people and issues are found then same people will bash it.
I would like to have good update with less bugs even if it takes some more time VS hastily released update with many issues.
