Disappointed by the Negativity Towards Samsung

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to share my thoughts about some of the posts I've seen here lately. I understand that people are frustrated about the One UI 7 update not being available on their devices yet, but the way some users are hurling insults at Samsung is really disappointing and frankly unacceptable. 

This isn’t Apple, where every device gets the update at the same time. This is Samsung, and we all knew what we signed up for. Updates roll out gradually based on region and device, with the latest flagship models getting priority. This is a business decision that Samsung has always followed. Sure, we’d all love simultaneous updates across all devices, but that’s not how Samsung operates, and honestly, it has never been.

I get the frustration, but resorting to insults and negativity in this forum doesn’t help anyone. Let’s keep discussions constructive and respectful instead of just attacking the company. If you have concerns, voice them, but please do it with respect.

Sometimes I wish there was a way or function to filter out certain messages, say, by keywords. This way, one can control one's feed.

They need to be honest and be on their promises to get respect. Scamsung is behind now because of their disgusting policies. That's how every scamsung fan feels now.. good old days are gone, and switching is the best decision.

Why? If anything, I think Samsung made huge improvements. They now give 7 years worth of software updates surpassing Apple!

Apple updates on time for everyone, even for the oldest eligible devices for 5 to 6 years. do you really think it's surpassing Apple?
