The Direct Call edge that I used to use frequently has stopped working after the android 10 upgrade. If I remove the contact from the edge and re-add it, it works once but then stops working again if u try it for the second time. Any solutions?

Contacted Samsung the issue did not get resolved. However I checked the Galaxy store for Direct Call Panel and there was an update waiting. I updated it and now its working. I dont know why this was not updated automatically. But this update solves the issue.
