Difference between Pro mode and Expert Raw app?

What is the difference between Pro mode with Raw enabled on the stock camera and the dedicated Expert RAW app?

Pro mode will let you tweak settings and let you take pictures but expert raw let you take pics in raw format as well. Which you can use for editing in Lightroom and other picture editing tools(size around 40/45mb)

But in the pro mode there's an option of saving photos as RAW+JPEG also. I can see this on S20 FE 5G.

I see an option to export in raw+jpeg even in pro mode.

It seems that Expert RAW has a better HDR management.
