Didn't get android 11 update

Using s20 plus but still run in android 10 didn't get android 11 update

What your Sim card type : gsm or CDMA?

The device bought from india and currently i am in qatar

I also tried to update from india and contact the service center but didn't solve the issue

Eject the sim card then check for updates please

You have to try everything
Wipe cache data
Reset
Hard reset
You should have it long time ago
Also try airplane mode restart and check
