Did not get update on SM-G975F

I have been using Galaxy S10 Plus (SM-G975F) and my phone was last updated in June 2020 Android version 10, ONE UI 2.1. 

Please help me update my mobile phone.

S10 Plus officially android 12 One Ui 4.0 tak updated hai.

Acha. Fil mobile ma error agi ya hai.
2 methods hai.
1. Factory reset
2. Computer ma mobile ko connect kar ke sammobile website se apna mobile ka model number sehi se search kar ke us ma se latest verion download kar ne ke bat Odin software se mobile ma install kar na hoga.

2 wala to youtube ma search kare ga to aja ye ga.
