Has anyone had any issues while using dialog 5g on s20?
Mine was working fine for a day but connection was unstable and volte wasn't working fine. Overheating was also observed.

No volte issues yet but yes signal is unstable at times. Are you in greater colombo area or?

I checked in Nugegoda.
And since noon my sim is not registering in the network. Even out of colombo it's not registering

Dialog is still doing a trial run, so might be why it's not functioning properly. I got the SMS saying trial service got activated around 2 weeks ago.
If your SIM is not registering now, best is to contact Dialog and let them check what's wrong.

They have listed the areas where 5G trial is happening. We can request the trial service activation for our devices through here as well, but the site isn't yet updated it seems. Samsung (and Apple) devices are still not on the list. Just Huawei and OPPO.

Might have to go to settings and try manually selecting Dialog as the network. Most likely the issue is on their side rather than on your phone

So basically the phone has no signals at all? Or it fluctuates ?

I just can't register to the access network. No issue in phone, I tried with mobitel. It works
