Dex issue

The smart phone I am using is Samsung S23 ultra model. The problem I am facing here is that Dex option is not working. But the Dex option works very well in my Samsung note 20 model. Please help

When connecting note 20 immediately display images, but S23 ultra not displaying

Also one more issue Most of type c to 3.5 not work with samsung( my note 20 and s 23 ultra) only one from Lulu kochi 750 Rs working, but facing problem is , while connecting automatically increaseing and decreasing volume without using volume key, please suggest solution,
