Dear sir This is santhosh I have purchased Galaxy S20FE on March 12-03-2021 after the date of purchase I have facing a issues of heating on my device backside and my batter getting drain very fast with in 4 hours my battery percent getting 50 - 40 % I have given my mobile to service center but not get solution from the Samsung care its been 3 month sence my device was in service center again yesterday I get my device from service center again the same issues I'm facing with my device the even I have shared the screenshots of the battery drain also the service center not giving proper responce in that kindly take a action and please do replace a new device Job Number :4323474797 Thank you
