if it's after the update, clear your cache. it's always also advisable to factory reset after a major update.

i had Bought the phone 3 weeks earlier and the update was done at the setup of phone. No data and cache was there to clear.

All the updates were made by themselves Samsung Services when i purchased the device. There was no updates after that.
