Is there any one experiencing any freezing issues on s21 ultra on any variants.

Hi, Apple-Works kindly optimize your device.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Select Battery and device care.
4. Tap Optimize now.

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

Hi tsogo I have tried this an reset the phone an cleared cache in recovery an wiped the device an did no restore. An still no luck I guess I'll have to take the device in to get completely reloaded NEW FIRMWARE an make sure they don't wipe the phone sa I did . To actually Flash the phone

Hi, Apple-Works kindly do take your device for a Software reload. It seems like the current software loaded on your device is malfunctioning. Please go to the below link to locate the closest Authorized Service Center to you.

You can also backup using a Smart switch.

Install the program on your computer and connect your phone to your computer using an Original Samsung cable and follow the prompts.
