Developer option issue with some Apps

In my S23 ultra, recently noticed few apps doesn't open when we enabled developer option to reduce the animation from 1 to 0.5. For example with the recent update mParivahan didn't allow us to login and the pop-up says we enabled USB debugging, but I didn't enable the USB debugging. Also few bank apps also doesn't allow us to login.

SAMSUNG PLS BRING THE ANIMATION SCALE THRO NORMAL SETTINGS. SO THAT WE NO NEED TO ENABLE DEVELOPER OPTIONS

It's not USB wireless. It's just wireless

Turn on USB debugging, then turn it off again. Now turn off the developer option and turn it on again...
By doing this, the problem will be solved, I think...
My friend had faced this problem on banking apps, and his problem was solved with the above-mentioned solution. But the surprising thing is that it was Oppo's mobile.
