I login to Members App with my Samsung Account. There zero nothing to show in benefits. Contacted on UAN. Operator says ur mobile z verified but u should wait. No timeliness given. It is very Non- Serious move by Samsung. Gift must have been delivered with the set at the spot instead of let them waiting for weeks n weeks. I'm waiting since 22.03.2026. Samsung must respond me on my number 0333-3311003

That is not how it works. You order a phone on pre-order. After it is delivered and activated within the required time, then a voucher appears in Members app. The voucher can take 2 to 3 weeks to appear. If you don't claim it, you will get nothing.

We recieved voucher we have registered and submitted it but no message or confirmation received so now what

After you claim the voucher, samsung will call you randomly after 1 to 2 weeks

Dear we have performed all these activities. Registration process along with vouchar code + IEMI completed yet NO RESPONSE FROM SAMSUNG.
I want to highlight mismanaged attitude in this early gifting.
Samsung must give Gift along with Mobile Set instead of this lingering on a complicated procedure.
