Data while on call option missing

I'm currently using two sim cards on galaxy s20 fe 5g with sim 1 its jio and sim 2 airtel i use internet with sim 1 and all banking stuff and calls and other documents are registered with sim 2 when ever i am using internet if a call arrives to sim 2 the sim 1 internet just turns off and i tried searching any methods to fix this but no samasung s20 fe 5g doesnt have the option of use data while on call (or) data on seconday sim need help to fix this

Bro mine is on latest too and its 5g version not the older version of s20 fe

I won't understand that during voice call what user has to do with data?

Broh i use internet on my computer during work connected with hotspot everytime some or other people will keep calling i cant keep disconnecting from the work

when you are attending call you will be using phone or pc?

Bro just one ans for all of the above queries is you can't use sim 1 data while you are on call on sim 2 without band selection app which is now disabled by the samsung itself in all their latest models for the security concern.

Bro u dont know anything ok every android phone has an option to use data while on call i have oneplus 9r and relame c2 both has the option and even my dads redmi too it does have the option too but this phone doesnt provide that option

Bro you don't know anything about samsung then as i am talking about samsung only. Samsung don't have that feature even in 1lakh s22 ultra.you can go to the consumer court n waste your time n money

Oh really bro go check other samsung phone setting they does have the option of data while on calls except this ok dont just talk like that plz learn to research s21 also has the option s22 has the option m series has the option but not this phone
