Data while on call option missing

I'm currently using two sim cards on galaxy s20 fe 5g with sim 1 its jio and sim 2 airtel i use internet with sim 1 and all banking stuff and calls and other documents are registered with sim 2 when ever i am using internet if a call arrives to sim 2 the sim 1 internet just turns off and i tried searching any methods to fix this but no samasung s20 fe 5g doesnt have the option of use data while on call (or) data on seconday sim need help to fix this

Bro by default you can't use.you are using band selection app but now samsung disabled band selection after aug or sept security patch update

Yeah but i have seen the same setting in other samsung devices but not this phone so i have raised an issue with the customer service center they recommend to get the phone for a physical checkup so lets see it it doesnt help or they dont give us an update on this i am gonna take it to consumer court

Try factory reset if it doesn't help.

Na it doesnt help i have seen that i had a chat with the samsung customer serivce they did all the troubleshooting but nothing helps all galaxy s20 fe 5g does not come with this option which is most important they have fooled us by taking 30k and i wont let my go just like that

Bro the other samsung devices you r saying may not on latest software update so you can see that option.but after aug security patch samsung has disabled band selection in all there models for security concern n they are right as per the law as per my knowledge. This is what i can say
