After i update my s20 fe 5g I switched on mobile data. But the data is on and off several times automatically. After i switched off and on  the data 2,3 times after only it is working.

Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power key for 10 seconds. This will force your phone to shut down and then power back up. 

When the logo shows, release both keys and wait until the reboot is finished. 

After the restart, try to see if the mobile data service is now working.
