Hi there, of recent since the last software update I have been having endless issues with the phone not connecting to the internet and also apps having a connection error at intermittent intervals. I have checked with my service provider and the problem is not with them. I did run diagnostic tests on my Samsung S20 Plus and all is clear. No issues on their side. Not sure why I am connecting then the connection is lost despite the 4G logo being on and the signal strength being on 2 or more bars. Could it be a software or firmware issue. Please help!
