There is no separate option for a black theme for the play store ( I think so). When you choose the dark mode it will automatically turn to dark. (catch - if you are using high contrast black theme it won't change to dark mode )

i was having this for almost 5-6months with Hex installer 3rd party theming.

you can notice the background is pitch black unlike grey in so called dark mode by Google.
