I doubt that. I also have one myself. You can look for dark themes to use though. It's not the same but at least.

Sorry to tell but unfortunately, Samsung only provides major updates to every model for 2 years they release. After that they just provide security patches / updates.

Didn't the S7 edge get the One Ui 1.0 update? You can try to invert colours for Dark Mode. 😀
