Dear support

Kindly note that am facing an issue on daily basis on the mobile network .
The mobile get disconnected from network daily am not getting able to make call or using mobile date . Till I restarted the device and wait to be connected again.
It's not acceptable to face this issue 2 to 3 time daily .
For you information I try to contract my Provider to check if it's network issue . We did all TS and use the SIM in another mobile it's working fine for 5 days .
May I know what is problem and who you can fix this issue as am get made from this issue as am facing it on daily basis .

yes am using both SIM card but it's happened for both of them get disconnected in same time. and my mobile is reply to any one call me it's switched off

you have to restore network settings from PHONE SETTINGS !

contact live chat maybe they will ask you to download samsung tutor if they didnt help you bakup your data and format your phone
