Say after 10years of using samsung from S1

To S20 ultra leave the samsung family to iPhone 12 pro max

He says the iPhone is what a phone 

It's seamless ,no app crashes its amazing 

Come samsung how many are going away.

I do not think that apps crashing may be the reason for such kind of change once apps crashing also happens with iPhones.
Perhaps he was looking for something different or getting an iPhone was something he was aiming for some time.
