Remove any app installed outside Google Play or using .apk and Install them using Google play only.

Linking Contacts helps to merge (or join) contacts from multiple sources (Phone, SIM, Facebook, Gmail, etc. ). This helps to remove duplicate contact entries in the phone's address book. After linking two contacts, when you try to edit, two device options are shown for editing in two separate contacts (which were merged/linked). Sometimes, the phone may put together two contacts not required by user. If so, then follow these steps to unlink the contact: 1. View the joined contact. 2. Tap Manage linked contacts (Link icon found near 'Connected via' section) 3. Tap the Minus symbol (-) next to the contact to unlink.
