Contacts disappear

Dear, my contacts keep on deleting by itself randomly though I have updated every app and I also saved all those contacts again and again but I don't know the reason. Please help.

Is that locally stored or on cloud?

If that are on cloud. Make sure to change password of cloud. And try to use different account. And scan device. Using device care.
