Contacts automatic deleting

Is there any solution to prevent the Auto delete of contacts???

Hi,

Kindly make sure that there is no third party app related to contacts downloaded, check that the device is updated to the latest software version, from the following path:

Settings - Software version.

Kindly disable Gmail Sync, then enable it again, if issue persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).

Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

Everything is checked,
But still not rectified,now every day contacts deleting.....😵
