Contacts Unknown

My Contacts come up as 'Unknown' when they call me. How would I rectify this?

hi Namboy1.. yeah I just phoned them now and I must pay an additional cost on my contract for that. which is ridiculous to be honest cause thats a basic feature, when did it change to we need to pay for this 🤔 doesn't make sense
