Hi frnds I have galaxy s10 plus ...If I put in Photo in Particular Contact...Then after I see that Photo was Blurry...More times I tried but it's not clear come out

Yes that's a bug in contacts App. It's constantly syncing and that's why.

your photo size must be big, thats why it takes time to load.
