Constant Frame Drops & Jitters on S23

Hey,
After receiving the October play system update on my samsung galaxy s23 8gb/128gb, there are a lot of bugs I've noticed. Instagram reels don't play when I click on one of them, I need to swipe back & forth to make it play. When using X app, swiping up & down jitters the screen too much. Also noticed the same kinda jitters & frame drops using other apps like WhatsApp, telegram & system UI too. At first I thought if my magsafe case is causing some problem & removed it, but didn't fix. Then I thought if my tempered glass is causing some touch issues & removed it & still the same. Please fix this issue ASAP, I've cross checked with my other S23 mates & everyone have this issue currently on theirs.

Jitters, stutters and poor animations are now hallmark of samsung one UI. Chinese UIs are performing alot better
